Dear Alchemists,
In Newsletter #13, we established the foundation: All is Mind. Not as philosophy, but as a living principle, one that must be recognized before anything else can be meaningfully explored.
In Chapter Five of The Kybalion, titled The Mental Universe, this truth is taken further. We are invited to contemplate the staggering scope of Mind itself. One line in particular has been echoing loudly for me:
“The All creates in its Infinite Mind countless universes, which exist for aeons of time—and yet, to The All, the creation, development, decline, and death of a million universes is as the time of the twinkling of an eye.”
When I sit with this, what arises is not science fiction, but awareness.
From this perspective, it becomes clear that we are not trapped inside a single, solid universe. We are constantly shifting through realities, moment by moment, based on the quality of consciousness we inhabit.
Modern teachers like Dr. Joe Dispenza and Vadim Zeland offer language and psychological grounding for what The Kybalion has been pointing to all along, without diluting the transmission.
Dr. Joe Dispenza refers to this as the Field: an invisible, intelligent sea of infinite potential that responds not to effort, but to state of being. In this field, the mind is not confined to the brain; it is extended, participatory, and creative. When our emotional state changes, we don’t merely perceive reality differently, we tune into a different configuration of it.
Vadim Zeland approaches this same truth through what he calls Reality Transurfing. His work suggests that countless “life tracks” already exist as potential realities, and what determines which one we experience is not force or control, but where we place our attention and emotional investment. Resistance feeds one version of reality. Neutral awareness allows us to slide into another.
In other words, if all is Mind, then reality is not fixed. It is responsive. Fluid. Participatory.
Emotional frequency matters here, not as a moral judgment, but as an organizing principle. Fear, contraction, and separation generate one version of experience. Presence, awareness, and coherence generate another.
The “Master Builder” understands something essential: realities are not eternal. They are mental constructs sustained by attention. When awareness changes, the structure reorganizes. When identification dissolves, a reality can collapse—not dramatically, but quietly—like a dream dissolving upon waking.
This is what it means to move beyond cause and effect.
Not by bypassing life, but by recognizing that much of what we call “reality” is a fear-based construct maintained by unconscious focus. The moment attention is withdrawn, the universe built on that frequency no longer has fuel. And so it ends—not with destruction, but with irrelevance.
This is why awareness is liberation.
When we realize that experience is mental at its root, we stop fighting circumstances and begin shifting states. We no longer try to fix the universe; we simply step into another one.
And to the Infinite Mind from which all of this arises, these transitions are effortless. A million collapsing worlds are no heavier than a blink.
So this week, I invite you to notice:
Where is your attention resting?
What emotional frequency is shaping the “world” you’re experiencing?
And what quietly dissolves when you stop feeding it with belief?
Because when Mind is recognized as primary, reality becomes responsive and freedom stops being something we seek. It becomes something we remember.
An Invitation
If you’d like to explore these ideas in living conversation, I warmly invite you to join me for next week’s discussion group. This is a space to ask questions, share reflections, and allow these teachings to land in real time: through dialogue, presence, and collective awareness.
We’ll continue unpacking The Mental Universe, the nature of attention, and how subtle shifts in consciousness create tangible changes in experience.
